The SteelSeries Getaway Plan Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States, Canada (excluding Quebec), Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand, who are at least the age of majority in their respective jurisdictions as of the date of entry. The Sweepstakes begins at 0 h 00 Central Time (“CT”) on 17 mars, 2025, and ends at 23 h 59 CT on 30 juin, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Winner Selection and Notification:

A random drawing will be conducted on or around 1 juillet, 2025, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential Grand Prize winner will be selected first. Once the Grand prize winner has been confirmed, the 3 second prize winners will be selected. The potential winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. Potential winners must respond to the notification email within five (5) business days of the date the email was sent to claim their prize. If a potential winner fails to respond within the specified time, is ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries, up to three (3) alternate drawings. Alternate winners will have the same five (5) business day response period. Prizes will be sent to the confirmed winners within 4-6 weeks of confirmation.

General Conditions:

By entering the Sweepstakes (except where prohibited by law), each entrant grants the Sweepstakes Entities the irrevocable, sublicensable, absolute right and permission to use, publish, post, or display his or her name, photograph, likeness, voice, prize information, biographical information, any quotes attributable to him or her, any other personal attribute (regardless of whether altered, changed, modified, edited, used alone, or used with other material in the Released Parties’ sole discretion) for advertising, trade, commercial, promotional and publicity purposes without further obligation or compensation of any kind to him or her, anywhere worldwide, in any medium now known or hereafter devised, without any limitation of time, and without notice, review, or approval and each entrant releases all Released Parties from any and all liability related thereto. You agree that these Official Rules and your participation in the Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Denmark without regard to its conflict of law principles.
